Stuart Williams has joined the Baltimore, MD office and Todd Virts the Gaithersburg, MD office of KANE Construction, Inc. as Senior Project Managers. KANE is a leading commercial General Contractor in both the Washington, DC metropolitan and Baltimore markets.

Williams has over 18-years of experience directing all aspects of interior and base building construction, encompassing estimating, bidding, purchasing, and supervision of crews and subcontractors. He assists clients by ensuring a commitment to quality, safety, compliance and customer satisfaction while delivering projects on time and within budget.

Prior to KANE, Williams was a Senior Project Manager at Fibwrap Construction, Carmel Partners, St. John Properties, Inc., and Whiting-Turner. Stuart is a resident of Annapolis having honorably served in the United States Marine Corps and has a Bachelor of Arts from Randolph Macon College in Ashland, VA.

Virts has over 16-years of experience in both interior and exterior building construction, architecture, engineering, and project management from award to close-out. His knowledge and expertise in the many construction disciplines make him an asset to every client and job.

Prior to KANE, Todd was a Senior Project Manager with DVA Architects, Camson Construction, and Monarc Construction. Todd is a Washington, DC native having a Masters of Engineering in Construction and Project Management from the A. James Clark School of Engineering at the University of Maryland, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland.
