Ten prominent buildings, mostly in downtown Baltimore, have just come on the market due to the pending retirement of their owner, Richard Naing of RWN Development Group.

The properties represent some of the most unique and historic buildings in the city, including The Hotel Brexton and The Court Square Building. Many have undergone significant restorations or are currently being renovated.

Both sales and joint ventures will be considered, according to Naing, president of the real estate firm. He will also consider partnerships and other arrangements such as trade for a yacht or an exchange for real estate, specifically in Florida. More information is available here.
