H&R Retail announced that it has completed a 20,479-square-foot lease with PetSmart at Chatham Station in Ellicott City. Sean Harcourt and Jim Crilley with H&R Retail represented the landlord, Giant Food of Maryland, in the transaction.

According to Mr. Crilley, H&R Retail principal, “We are pleased to have completed this transaction. PetSmart is a sought-after tenant and this location in Ellicott City is perfect for a new store.”

PetSmart currently has 20 stores in the Washington/Baltimore region.
