Greenberg Gibbons and Vanguard announced today that three additional tenants will be joining Foundry Row, the new $140 million development in Owings Mills, Md., this spring and summer.
The new restaurants are:
Sarku Japan – Featuring made-to-order teriyaki and sushi with no trans fats or added MSG, with food cooked fresh on teppanyaki griddles. The restaurant will be located in a 1,930-square- foot space across from Mission BBQ.
Bonchon Chicken – Specializing in both its signature soy garlic and spicy sauced up, double fried Korean style chicken, Bonchon boasts a broad variety of delicious Asian-fusion fare. The restaurant will be located in a 3,060 square-foot-space near Smashburger.
Sunset Raw Juice Bar – Offering healthy cold press raw juices made from fresh fruit, produce and other natural ingredients. The 1,482 square-foot juice bar will be located between Panera Bread and Smashburger.
These three new eateries join a new, 110,000-square-foot Wegmans Food Market at the 50-acre retail and dining destination on Reisterstown Road. The property also features DSW Shoe Warehouse, Bar Louie, Foundry Row Wine & Spirts, LA Fitness and La-Z-Boy Home Furnishings and Décor. Other stores, restaurants and services coming soon to the center include LifeBridge Health, Ulta Beauty and Old Navy.
