H&R Retail Completes Four Retail Leases In Mid-Atlantic Region

H&R Retail, a Washington, DC/Baltimore-based retail real estate brokerage firm,announced that it recently completed four retail lease transactions in the Mid-Atlantic region. The leases include:

  • MedExpress leased 7,500 square feet at Golden Mile Gateway, Frederick, Md. from GM Gateway LLC. Sean Harcourt and Jim Crilley with H&R represented the landlord.
  • Zoom Wireless leased 2,000 square feet at Denbigh Village Centre, Newport News, Va. from Mishorim Gold Newport News LP. Brian Mitchell with H&R represented tenant.
  • Kindred Dental leased 1,758 square feet at Road Island Row, Washington, DC from RI Station LLC. Geoffrey Mackler, Bradley Buslik, and Sebastian Restifo with H&R represented the landlord.
  • UPS Store leased 1,280 square feet at Wintergreen Plaza, Rockville, Md. from Rockville Pike Joint Venture LP. Geoffrey Mackler and Bradley Buslik with H&R represented the landlord.
