Greg Erdie, the branch vice president of the Salisbury Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office, was recently appointed to the Wicomico County Historic District Commission. This seven-member board is responsible for the review of all construction or demolition activity affecting the external appearance of buildings within approved historic districts. Currently, two historic districts have been established – Quantico and Whitehaven.

“I am thrilled to join the Wicomico Historic District Commission. Our county is full of so much wonderful history that it’s a true honor to help protect and preserve it for future generations,” said Erdie, who moved to Ocean City in 1982.

A graduate of Fairmont State University (Fairmont, WV), Erdie currently resides with his wife in a historic home built circa 1695 outside of Salisbury.
