The asset, which is currently 100% leased, was recently purchased by Kansas City Life. Marc Tasker, CCIM, SIOR and Ryan Moody will handle the marketing and leasing assignment on behalf of NAI KLNB.
The single-story building offers twenty-one foot ceiling heights with multiple dock-high doors and ample tractor trailer access. 7701 Southern Drive is positioned less than three miles from the confluence of Interstates 95, 395 and 495; only 14 miles from Ronald Reagan National Airport and 28 miles from Washington Dulles International Airport.
