The Brigance Brigade Foundation, an ALS advocacy organization created by former NFL player O.J. Brigance and his wife Chanda, announces that it has appointed Andreas T. Dailey, Sr. (Prudential Financial), Anna Vitale Lybrook (Stoy, Malone & Company, PC) and Michelle Chism (WBAL-TV 11) as the newest Board Members of the Foundation.
As Board Members, these individuals will play an integral role in raising critical funds and awareness to further the Brigance Brigade Foundation’s mission of equipping, encouraging, and empowering individuals living with ALS (also known as Lou Gehrig’s disease). Lybrook will also serve as the Treasurer for the Foundation; in this role she will be responsible for oversight of the Foundation’s annual budget and finances.

Andreas T. Dailey, Sr. has been an insurance and financial professional since 1987, spending most of those years with The Prudential Insurance Company of America. In 1996, he founded Executive Insurance Benefits, LLC which concentrates in the designing and implementation of group insurance benefits, such as Group Health, Life, and Disability Insurance from the top carriers doing business in the Mid-Atlantic area. Dailey is a qualifying and lifetime member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) Court Of The Table (COT) elite status, the premier association of financial professionals since 1996, and is active in his church, numerous volunteer and community organizations. Each year he coordinates mission trips to developing countries.
Anna Lybrook, a resident of Ellicott City, MD and shareholder at Stoy, Malone & Company, PC, is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants. Lybrook, a Towson University graduate, is past-president of the American Woman’s Society of CPAs – Baltimore Chapter, current member of the Sons of Italy – Little Italy Lodge and serves as the Treasurer on the Board of the Ed Block Courage Award Foundation.
Michelle Chism moved to Baltimore in July 2015 to serve as Assistant News Director of WBAL-TV. Her broadcast journalism career spans more than 25 years and includes various positions at television stations, most recently serving as Assistant News Director of KVUE-TV in Austin, Texas from April 2013 until she moved to Baltimore. Chism is a native of Hattieville, Arkansas and a graduate of Arkansas State University.
