Company to assume new name – Conway Real Estate – and will continue to service real estate buyers and sellers in Maryland.

Henslee Conway Real Estate, a real estate brokerage headquartered in Baltimore, has been acquired by its broker of record and co-founder, Missy Conway. A portion of the assets and holdings of the company, which was founded in 2012, was purchased from Conway’s business partner. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Effective immediately, the company will be known as Conway Real Estate and has a new website address: www.ConwayRealtors.com With the exception of Conway’s former business partner, the entire professional team will remain with the new entity.

"Our brokerage has grown steadily over the past five years as clients as well as real estate agents recognize the value of working with an independent, boutique brokerage," Missy Conway said.

The company services clients throughout most of Maryland.

This sale establishes a real estate brokerage in Baltimore that is now entirely woman and minority owned. Born in Trinidad and Tobago, Conway came to the United States at age 18 on a full academic scholarship to earn a degree in Actuarial Science from Temple University in Philadelphia. Prior to starting her real estate career over a decade ago, she was an Actuary and Mathematics Professor.
