Greysteel, a national commercial real estate investment services firm, has arranged the sale of Radford Place Townhomes, a multifamily property located in Irving, TX.
Greysteel Managing Director, Boyan Radic; Senior Director, Doug Banerjee; and Investment Associates, Andrew Mueller, Ryan Hill, and Andrew Hanson; who are all based in the Company’s Dallas and Fort Worth offices, represented the seller, Texas 05 Partners LLC, and procured the buyer, Radford PT LLC.
Radford Place Townhomes, located at 3922 Evergreen Street, was built in 1986 and totals 30 two- and three-bedroom units. 24 of the units have been renovated to include wood-style flooring, faux-granite countertops in kitchens and bathrooms, upgraded ceiling fans and dining fixtures, new carpet in bedrooms, and upgraded appliances, as needed. Property amenities include covered parking, a swimming pool, and a hot tub. Radford Place’s strategic location in Irving allows direct access to major employment centers in Las Colinas and Dallas.
“We were pleased to have been selected to represent the seller on the disposition of Radford Place,” said Mr. Mueller. “Complexities abound when selling such a unique asset, but by following our proprietary marketing processes, we were able to navigate an ever expanding buyer pool, uncover a purchaser with the highest certainty of closing, and drive the transaction across the finish line,” he added.
