Transwestern announces it represented CHA Properties LLC in its purchase of 8515 Rainswood Drive in Landover, Maryland. Suddath Relocation Systems of Maryland sold the 39,200-square-foot industrial service property for $2.6 million. Transwestern Senior Vice President Brian Watts, Vice President Jeff Groves and Senior Associate Jason Sullivan represented CHA in the transaction.
