
H&R Retail announces that it has been named the exclusive leasing agent for the retail portion of Storey Park, a new major mixed-use project at 1005 First St., NE in Washington’s NOMA neighborhood.
Storey Park will ultimately consist of 65,000 square feet of retail and restaurants space, and apartments at the corner of First and L Streets, NE, Washington, DC.

Due to it’s size, Storey Park will have a critical mass of retail and restaurants, and represents an enormous opportunity to be a key focal point in the fast developing retail and residential community of NOMA.”
The NOMA neighborhood is conveniently accessible via major arteries, regional and national railways, and mass transit; and home to more than 100 free community events a year. NOMA is growing rapidly, and currently contains almost 13 million square feet of office space, and 3,800 residential units with another 2,500 units under construction. The Department of Justice recently announced they will be expanding to a total of 1,400,000 square feet by 2018, adding an additional 839,000 square feet. Storey Park is a joint venture of Perseus Realty and Four Points.
