Natalie Thomas

Long & Foster | Christie’s International Real Estate, the nation’s No. 1 privately owned residential real estate company, welcomes Natalie Thomas to its Bethesda, Maryland, office. As a native Washingtonian, Thomas has an immense knowledge of the local real estate market, which has enabled her to achieve great success for her clients.

“Growing up in the D.C. area everyone knows the Long & Foster brand, and I’m proud to join a company with local roots—just like me,” said Thomas. “The strength of Long & Foster’s brand, combined with its tremendous marketing and technology tools, as well as its affiliation with Christie’s, will help me further my real estate career, and I’m excited to share all that I gain through Long & Foster with my buyers and sellers.”

In Thomas’ years of living in the D.C. region, she has witnessed its fast-paced growth and continued development. Her experiences have given her a comprehensive knowledge of the local market and its various communities. Over the past three years as a Realtor, she has worked alongside top-ranking real estate teams and agents in the region. Learning the ins and outs of the real estate business from experts in the industry created a strong foundation for her business and provided her with valuable insights for her clients.

“We’re so pleased to welcome Natalie Thomas to our Long & Foster family,” said Larry “Boomer” Foster, president of Long & Foster Real Estate. “As the No. 1 brokerage in the Mid-Atlantic region, we operate with an agent-first mentality. We look forward to the energetic partnership Natalie has created by deciding to join the industry-leading Bethesda office and our company.”

In her business, Thomas focuses on providing her clients the highest level of service. She is known for her personalized and attentive approach. Additionally, her eye for design helps her create unique and distinct spaces while staging and marketing her clients’ homes. She also has first-hand experience in the home renovation area—having recently purchased and renovated her own first home. That experience, she has said, added tremendously to her knowledge when it comes to serving her clients.

Before her career in real estate, Thomas worked as a corporate event planner, leading national and international events. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland and her master’s degree from Georgetown University.

“We are very excited and fortunate to have Natalie join our team of highly trained professionals,” saidDottie Crago, managing broker of the Bethesda office. “The combination of Long & Foster and Natalie’s unique skills, knowledge and experience will no doubt provide the highest level of service to local buyers and sellers.”

Thomas is a Silver Spring, Maryland, resident. When not working with her real estate clients, she enjoys doing yoga, kayaking and spending time at the beach.
