Greysteel, a national commercial real estate investment services firm, has arranged the sale of Chartley Park- Landmark Shopping Center, a 144,000-square-foot retail center located in Reisterstown, MD, for $19.9 million. Greysteel’s retail team led by Managing Director, Gil Neuman, represented the seller, Chartley and Landmark Shopping Center LLLP, and procured the buyer, MD Equities LLC.

Built on 17.2 acres at 1 Chartley Drive and 501 Main Street, the multi-building property is 94% occupied by 41 diverse tenants including Brick Bodies, M&T Bank, Family Dollar, Boost Mobile, Citgo, ATI Physical Therapy, and Metro PCS. Positioned at the signalized intersection of Chartley Drive and MD Route 140, the properties comprise the commercial and recreational center of a particularly affluent and dense northwestern section of AAA bond-rated Baltimore County. An average combined 29,000 cars cross the centers’ multiple access points daily.
