
Industry Veteran Brings 28 Years of Experience to New Role
Cushman & Wakefield today announced the appointment of Bruce Pascal to the role of Executive Managing Director in the Washington, DC Metropolitan Region beginning in February.Pascal will join the firm’s DC Brokerage team, which markets a portfolio of 60 million square feet of office space across the region and has represented over 800 tenants in the last two and a half years.

Mr. Pascal has an extensive career in commercial real estate as a top broker in the DC Metro area. He was most recently Senior Vice President with Vornado/Charles E. Smith, and brings 28 years of market and client-insight experience to Cushman & Wakefield.
