Jeff Hill
Southway Builders, a Baltimore-based construction management firm, has promoted Jeff Hill to Project Executive. Hill joined the Southway team nearly four years ago as a project manager with a focus on affordable housing projects.
“We were fortunate to have Jeff join our team. His expertise with rehabilitating occupied facilities has allowed us to expand our housing portfolio to include resident-in-place renovations,” said Willy Moore, company President. “Jeff is currently overseeing multiple project teams while also assisting with preconstruction efforts on upcoming projects.”
Hill’s projects include the recently completed Arnold Gardens Apartments in Prince George’s County, the nearly complete 175-unit Wyman Towers in Charles Village, and the 125-unit Primrose Place Apartments adjacent to St. Agnes Hospital that will be complete in early 2017.
