This marks the 10th sales transaction for Jordan in 13 months and the 6th sales transaction for Welsh in 9 months. The other sales included: a 1.07 acre industrial lot in Elkridge in October, a 9,168sf warehouse located at 798 Marriottsville Road in August, a rare M2 lot in Jessup located at 10412 Guilford Road in July, a historic office building located at 8355 Court Avenue in Ellicott City in June; two flex condominiums located at 8229 Cloverleaf Drive, in Millersville in March; 1720 Belmont Avenue, in Windsor Mill in January; and 8262 Lokus Road, in Odenton this past November. All buyers were users who planned to occupy the premises.
