
JLL to market reimagined Class A Annapolis office property
Manekin LLC and Blue Vista Capital Management have acquired 1750 Forest Drive in Annapolis, Maryland and are planning significant renovations to the 8.18 acre property and its existing buildings to transform them into 120,000 square feet of modern class A office product. Located on a main artery into Annapolis, the property is extremely well located near interstates, residential areas and the amenities of Historic Annapolis.
The renovation will include: a new façade, expanded window lines, architecturally dramatic common areas and expansive skylights providing natural light throughout the interior of the building, enhanced access/parking, new bathroom finishes, upgraded mechanical systems and signature exposure to a 35,000 car count arterial. The General Contractor is Manekin Construction with architectural and engineering design services by DVA Architects (Gaithersburg) and Bay Engineering (Annapolis) and DVA Architects. The renovated property will be completed for delivery in 2017. JLL has been selected to lease the property.
