H&R Retail, a Washington, DC/Baltimore-based retail real estate brokerage firm,announced that it recently completed lease transactions for two new restaurants in the Washington, DC area. They include:
Silver, a new American Brasserie concept from Silver Diner,leased 5,195 square feet at Cathedral Commons in Washington, DC. David Ward, Jim Crilley and Sebastian Restifo with H&R represented the landlord. Located on Wisconsin Avenue, NW, Cathedral Commons consists of a new, 56,000-square-foot state-of-the-art Giant Food; 68,285 square feet of street front retail; and 138 apartments.
GOAT of Clarendon, a new Mediterranean style restaurant,leased 8,887 square feet at 3028 Wilson Blvd., Arlington Va. from CP One Associates, LP. Bradley Buslik, and Ray Schupp with H&R represented the landlord. The Wilson Boulevard location is the former site of Hard Times Cafe. The building is across the street from the Clarendon Metro Station, serving the Orange/Silver Line.
