Greysteel, a national commercial real estate investment services firm, has been named exclusive advisor and agent for the sale of a net leased CVS Pharmacy located in Philadelphia, PA.

Greysteel Senior Investment Associate, Henry Schuldinger, of the Company’s Washington, D.C. office, is marketing the property.

The CVS Pharmacy is a free-standing net leased property totaling 10,125 square feet. Situated at 8525 Frankford Avenue in the Northeast section of Philadelphia, the property benefits from the densely populated surrounding neighborhoods, with over 490,000 residents within a five-mile radius.
