Chesapeake Real Estate Group, LLC (CREG) has brokered a lease with Computer Discounters, Inc. for 36,000 square feet of space at 3200 Hubbard Road in the Landover section of Prince George’s County. Scott Skogmo, SIOR of Chesapeake Real Estate Group, a Baltimore-based commercial real estate operating company, represented both the tenant and Brian Watts of Transwestern represented the landlord, LIT Industries, LLP in this transaction.

Computer Discounters, a division of Capitol Asset Recovery, recycles and refurbishes old computers for both businesses and consumers and sells the used equipment from its various retail locations. Services provided by the company include data wiping, de-labeling, internal cleaning and the installation of new technical parts.

In addition to brokering the lease, Chesapeake Real Estate Group has been selected to lease or sell the building formerly occupied by Computer Discounters located at 4721 Boston Way in Lanham, Maryland. This 26,100 square foot single-story building features 21 to 23 foot ceiling heights, three dock high doors, one drive-in doors and approximately 5000 square feet of two-story office space. It is located near the intersection of US Route 50 and Interstate 495 within the Washington Business Park. An adjacent surface parking lot surrounds the building and it is positioned less than thirty miles from BWI Airport and approximately fifteen miles to Reagan Washington National Airport.
