Lee & Associates Chesapeake Completes 10 Acre Land Sale

Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers with regional expertise, has completed a $3.075 million land sale transaction.  The property totaling 10 acres is located at 1412 Tangier Drive, in Middle River, Maryland.

Allan Riorda, Principal, of Lee & Associates Chesapeake Region, represented the buyer 1412 Tangier, LLC.  CREG represented the seller.  The buyer plans to build a new manufacturing and distribution facility on the land for Ruxton Chocolates, makers of Mary Sue Candies and Naron Chocolates.
