Red Brook Health & Wellness Center held its “Sweat and Swing Fore A Cure” event recently and raised approximately $4000 in support of the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America. Attendees participated in The Warrior Workout with Red Brook staff members; competed in the “closest to the pin” contest at the on-site golf simulator station and interacted with groups that offer massages, reflexology and acupuncture. A number of health-related vendors also manned booths including Motive Pure and The Vitamin Shoppe. A silent auction, featuring a game used autographed bat from Adam Jones, a Red Brook client, helped raise funds.

“This was a tremendous opportunity for our Red Brook Health family to come together, battle the Warrior Workout, and spend the day bettering ourselves and others around us,” stated Nick Shultz, Executive Director of Red Brook Health and Fitness Center. “In addition, we raised money to support a great cause.”
