More than 8,000 people attend event which was moved to Hunt Valley in 2007
For the tenth consecutive year since the fundraising event was moved to Hunt Valley, Hill Management Services, Inc. donated the 28-acre site encompassing the Executive Plaza business community as a staging and organization area for the Susan G. Komen “Race for the Cure.” More than 8,000 people participated in the 2016 event, held on Sunday, October 23.
Executive Plaza is a four-building complex containing 550,000 square feet of Class “A” office and retail space, including a lower level amenity area featuring food and business services, and a free surface parking lot. It is positioned within walking distance to the Hunt Valley Light Rail Station and Interstate 83 is less than one mile away.

“The community consistently supports this important cause that touches so many, and we consider it a true honor to donate the Executive Plaza parking lot each year,” explained Danielle Beyrodt, Vice President of Hill Management Services. “Our complex is the natural venue to stage this event given the large parking field and immediate accessibility to major highways and public transportation.”
The “Race for the Cure” consists of a 5K competitive run, 5K recreational run, 5K walk and one-mile family fun walk. It remains the largest fundraising event for the Susan G. Komen “Race for the Cure” program which consistently raises more than $1 million.
