- Family Dollar leased 8,976 square feet at 2236 Monument St., Baltimore, Md. from Monument Street Properties. Larry Hoffman and Scott Yurow with H&R represented the landlord.
- Kabuto Japanese Steakhouse leased 8,000 square feet at Rockville Metro Plaza II, Rockville, Md. from FP Rockville II Ltd. Partnership. Larry Hoffman and Scott Yurow with H&R represented the tenant.
- Salon Plaza leased 5,627 square feet at Festival at Manassas, Manassas, Va. from Festival MZL. Larry Hoffman and Scott Yurow with H&R represented the landlord.
- Bakers Crust Artisan Kitchen leased 4,300 square feet at Belmont Chase, Ashburn, Va. from Regency Centers Acquisitions, LLC. Geoffrey Mackler and Bradley Buslik with H&R represented the landlord.
- ATI Physical Therapy leased 2,392 square feet at Penn Mar Shopping Center, Forestville, Md. from MEPT Pen Mar LLC. Geoffrey Mackler and Bradley Buslik with H&R represented the tenant.
- Zoom Wireless leased 1,760 square feet at Quarterpath Crossing Shopping Center, Williamsburg, Va. from SLN Quarterpath Associates, LLC. Brian Mitchell with H&R represented the tenant.
