Jack Lingo Asset Management (JLAM) announced today that it has entered into a lease with SoDel Concepts, the award-winning hospitality group, to open a BlueCoast Seafood Grill and Raw Bar at Rehoboth Gateway in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware.  BlueCoast will join Bed Bath & Beyond, The Fresh Market, and Wawa, which all opened this past summer.

SoDel Concepts, currently operating nine restaurants in the region, was represented by Brittany Danahy of DSM Commercial, while JLAM was represented by its affiliate Jack Lingo REALTOR.
