Columbia, MD (October 19, 2016) – NAI KLNB has brokered a lease for 27,332 square feet of space to the Howard County Non-Profit Center at 9770 Patuxent Woods Drive in Columbia, Maryland. Abby Glassberg of NAI KLNB represented the tenant and and Matt Melnick and Rich Thomas of Cushman Wakefield represented the landlord, Greenfield Partners, in this transaction.
The center will contain office space for a variety of Howard County entities including Hopeworks, the Association of Community Services, Making Change, United Way of Central Maryland, the Howard County Autism Society, Compass and READY. The various groups are expected to assume occupancy of the new building in early 2017.
9770 Patuxent Woods Drive is a single-story 35,520 square foot commercial office building located near MD Route 32 and Broken Land Parkway. The building features a large surface parking lot with free parking and is positioned near several major highways including MD Route 29 and Interstate 95.
