H&R Retail Brokers Leases for Three More Tenants at Whole Foods-Anchored Riverdale Park Station

New Tenants Include District Taco, MOD Pizza, and Starbucks

H&R Retail announces that Riverdale Park Station, a new mixed-use Whole Foods-anchored project, will be home to District Taco (3,016 s.f.), MOD Pizza (2,736 s.f.), and Starbucks (1,937 s.f.)

H&R Retail’s Geoffrey Mackler, David Ward, and Sebastian Restifo are the exclusive leasing agents for Riverdale Park Station and represented the landlord, Calvin Cafritz Enterprises, in the transactions.

In addition to Whole Foods - which is under construction - Riverdale Park Station will include Burton’s Grill and Bar, Xfinity, Jersey Mike’s, Habit Burger Grill, and more.

The retail portion of the project is 160,000 square feet and at full buildout, the development will also include 119 townhouses, 850 apartments, 20,000 square feet of office space, and a hotel on the 37-acre site.

Riverdale Park Station is strategically located on Route 1, between Washington, DC and College Park, Maryland – the second largest city in Prince George’s County and home to the University of Maryland.
