The Urban Land Institute District Council Of Baltimore Announces Wavemaker Award Winners

Local Real Estate Development Projects and Influencers Recognized

The Baltimore District Council of The Urban Land Institute (ULI) held its eighth annual WaveMaker Awards on October 6 at the Horseshoe Casino Baltimore.

ULI Baltimore's annual WaveMaker Awards recognizes outstanding local real estate development projects, as well as Lifetime Achievement and Leadership Award winners. The projects were selected based on the following criteria: Completeness; a Sense of Place and Quality; Sustainability; Visionary and Emulation; and a Need.

Here are the 2016 WaveMaker Award Winners:

Remington Row: Southway Builders
Lifetime Achievement Winner: Stanley Fine, Rosenberg Martin

People's Choice Award: City Garage, Southway Builders
