The 96,000 square foot manufacturing facility sits on 10 acres within the Frank Adams Industrial Park. After the Hanna Team underwent rigorous prospecting efforts they found Crystal Steel Fabricators which purchased the property with plans to expand their business into Maryland. They plan to invest over $4 million dollars into the facility and employ 126 skilled workers.
The property was listed for $2,300,000. The Hanna Team represented both the seller and buyer in this transaction and worked closely with local and state officials, notably Angela Visintainer with the Caroline County Economic Development Office. In addition to Angela’s help, the Maryland Department of Commerce was instrumental in completing the deal. Henry Hanna said, “This deal will translate into over 100 new jobs in Caroline County and represents a strong team effort. With our country having a strong focus on job creation, this is a great win for Caroline County.”
