
Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) of Washington, DC held its annual awards event on Thursday night, October 6th to celebrate real estate achievements in the commercial real estate industry. More than 400 event guests participated in CREW’s recognition of industry leaders as well as of industry-leading transactions, developments, interiors work and marketing campaigns that demonstrated excellence, impact and vision within the Washington, DC real estate industry.
The award winners include:
Placemaking Award – StonebridgeCarras and PN Hoffman for the Lot 31 Mixed-Use Development in Bethesda, MDThe Placemaking award recognized a team who worked together on a development, major renovation or redevelopment project that demonstrated excellence in functionality, aesthetics and relationship to surroundings.
Dealmaking Award – Cushman & Wakefield for the American Psychiatric Association Lease Transaction
The Dealmaking award honored the team of professionals who worked together on a transaction that demonstrated excellence, resourcefulness, collaboration and industry best practices.
Best Interiors Award – Bognet Construction, Cushman & Wakefield and Davis Carter Scott for the American Society for Radiation Oncology Interiors Buildout
The Best Interiors award honored the team of professionals who worked together on a transaction that demonstrated excellence, resourcefulness, collaboration and industry best practices.
Best Marketing Campaign Award – Cushman & Wakefield for The Wharf Marketing Campaign
The Best Marketing Campaign award recognized a company or individual who developed the most creative and effective advertising or marketing program that promotes or features commercial real estate, including projects, transactions and/or initiatives.
