Food and beverage company joins Urban Air Trampoline Park and Carpet Consultants in 100,000 square foot building at 11501 Pocomoke Court that is now 80% occupied

BALTIMORE, MD (October 5, 2016) – The True Citrus Co. has signed a lease with Chesapeake Real Estate Group, LLC for 30,000 square feet of space at 11501 Pocomoke Court, situated within the Baltimore Crossroads @95 business community near the White Marsh section of Baltimore County. The locally-owned food and beverage company intends to relocate its warehouse, distribution and administrative offices to the building, while maintaining distribution operations from its existing site in Rosedale. More than 40 full and part-time employees are expected to work at the new location. Jon Casella of CBRE represented the tenant and Matt Laraway of Chesapeake Real Estate Group represented the landlord in this transaction.

The project is situated within immediate proximity to MD Route 43 and is less than three miles from Interstate 95, approximately 12 miles from the Port of Baltimore and 22 miles from Baltimore-Washington International Airport.

Of the nearly 700,000 square feet of warehouse and distribution space developed by Chesapeake Real Estate Group at Baltimore Crossroads, approximately 40,000 remains for lease.
