New Tenants - Pet Depot, Salon Loft & Pivotal Physical Therapy - Join Impressive List of Tenants

H&R Retail continues its successful leasing of Cascades Overlook by announcing three new tenants to join an impressive list of restaurant and retail tenants. Cascades Overlook, a new mixed-use development in Sterling, consists of 150,000 square feet of restaurants and retail, as well as luxury residential units.

The new tenants include Salon Loft (6,000 sf), Pivot Physical Therapy (2,000 sf) andPet Depot (4,000 sf). These retailers join already-opened tenants: Harris Teeter, Chuy's Tex-Mex, Burton's Grill-American restaurant, Ocean Blue, Wells Fargo Bank, Great Clips, Zoup!,Colada Shop-cuban café. Coal Fire-artisan style pizza, Cava Mezze Grill, and Choolaah Indian BBQ are under construction.

Bradley Buslik, Sebastian Restifo, and Sean Harcourt with H&R Retail represent the landlord, Meladon Group, as the exclusive leasing team.
