Greysteel, a national commercial real estate investment services firm, has arranged the sale of The Charleston, a multifamily property located in Dallas, TX, to Sir Julian, LLC.

This sale was arranged on behalf of LSM 723 Marsalis LP by Greysteel Managing Director, Boyan Radic; Senior Director, Doug Banerjee; Investment Associates, Andrew Mueller, Ryan Hill and Andrew Hanson; who are all based in the Company’s Dallas-Fort Worth office.

The Charleston, located at 723 North Marsalis Avenue, was built in 1961 and totals 18 units. Less than one mile from the property is the trendy Bishop Arts District, widely known throughout the Metroplex for its upscale eateries, boutique shops, bars, coffee shops, theaters, and art galleries.

“The Charleston was a highly desired value-add opportunity as it was well maintained and surrounded by the Oak Cliff Gateway Tax Increment Financing District,” said Mr. Mueller. “By highlighting the immense upside in the neighborhood, we were able to secure favorable terms for the seller while creating a winning solution for the all-cash buyer’s 1031 exchange,” he added.
