Tiffany Pugh

Tiffany Pugh, Senior Lease Analyst and Property Manager for Finmarc Management, Inc., has been elected President of Women in Retail Real Estate (WIRRE) for a one-year term. The locally-based organization, which was founded thirty years ago, provides networking and educational opportunities to women working in a variety of roles in the retail real estate industry. Approximately fifteen of its members are employees of Finmarc Management, a Bethesda, Maryland-based commercial real estate company.

“WIRRE has advanced my career immeasurably, as I have been able to interact with my peer group in an open and honest fashion to receive career guidance and advice,” explained Pugh, who has been a member of WIRRE since 2005. “Fortunately, when I first joined Finmarc, I was immediately introduced to WIRRE by an executive who placed extreme importance on the value of mentorship. I consider WIRRE a sisterhood, where we always have one another’s best interests in mind.”

In addition to monthly educational meetings, which includes presentations from development officials or retail executives, as well as walking tours of new or under construction projects, WIRRE also organizes community service initiatives. A significant beneficiary in recent years has been Calvary Women’s Services, an organization that offers housing, health, employment and education programs to help homeless women in Washington, D.C. Ms. Pugh has functioned as Chair of the WIRRE Community Service Committee for the past eight years.

Finmarc Management, Inc. is a fully-integrated commercial real estate company that focuses on real estate investment, management, leasing and development of retail, industrial/flex projects, and office buildings throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. The firm presently owns and/or manages a diverse portfolio encompassing more than 6 million square feet of properties located in Maryland, Washington, D.C., Virginia, Delaware, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
