Dean Rasco
Bill Meissner, President and Managing Partner of Ruppert Properties, is pleased to announce that Dean Rasco has been named company vice president.
Rasco, a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, has been with the company for 10 years and has over 12 years industry experience. In his previous role as Construction/Development Manager, he has managed all aspects of the company’s construction and development activities.
“Over the last ten years, Dean has played an integral role in the company’s growth,” said Meissner. “While he was initially hired to manage our development and construction activities, he has since assumed additional responsibility in the areas of property management, contract review/negotiations, lease renewals, and acquisition/disposition support, among other activities.”
Meissner continued, “We are grateful for his talent and dedication to the company and look forward to many more great accomplishments from him in his new role.”
