25,000 square foot shop to house sheet metal, piping fabrication

Fidelity Mechanical Services (FMS), a Fidelity Engineering Company and premier provider of Mechanical HVAC design, installation and service in the Mid-Atlantic region, announces the opening of its new fabrication facility, located on DeSoto Road in Baltimore, Maryland.

The 25,000-square foot facility will allow FMS to move their piping design and fabrication work from in the field and on construction sites to a controlled setting, providing a safer and more productive environment for field staff and customers.  Sheet metal fabrication will move from its current 8,500 square-foot location at the company’s headquarters in Sparks, Maryland to the new space.

The move and larger facility will augment Fidelity’s already stellar efforts of meeting customers’ time and budgetary schedules.

“This latest endeavor speaks volumes about our growth in the market and our investment in our future,” says Carmine Mistichelli, President/Partner at Fidelity Mechanical Services.  “It’s another way for Fidelity Mechanical Services to continue our proactive, world-class service, while enhancing our culture of safety for our employees.”
