More than fifty members of the NAIOP Maryland Developing Leaders group attended an Orioles game recently at Oriole Park at Camden Yards. The group, eligible for commercial real estate professionals 35 years of age and under, meet regularly throughout the year for networking and educational opportunities. "This was an extremely informal and fun event," explained Kate Jordan of Lee & Associates, who chairs the committee, "and we also welcomed a lot of new faces." The next event is the annual Crab Feast, which features veteran NAIOP Maryland members mixing with DL professionals to discuss emerging issues in the commercial real estate industry.
