CBRE is pleased to have represented Pearl Properties in the lease to "Under Armour's Brand House" in Center City Philadelphia. The 10,000 SF multi-level store, which opened this week, is part of Pearl's rehabilitation and expansion of the notable Brown Brothers Harriman building into approximately 100 first-class apartments as well as 5,390 SF of additional retail space. The retail space, being leased by CBRE's Larry Steinberg and Paige Jaffe, is located at 1527 Walnut Street and will be available this fall.
