Continental Realty Corporation, a Baltimore-based commercial real estate investment and management company, has announced the promotion of Kathryn Ricketts to Asset Management Associate. Formerly Commercial Leasing Administrator, Ms. Ricketts joined the company in 2014.

In her new position, Ms. Ricketts will handle multiple responsibilities within the company’s Asset Management department including providing analytical support, working with the Operations Team to improve reporting protocols, and assisting with the development of strategies to maximize overall efficiencies and effectiveness of the asset management function.

Prior to joining Continental Realty Corporation, Ms. Ricketts worked within the property management department of The Bozzuto Group and functioned as an Investment Banking Analyst at Morgan Stanley.
