Goodwill to Open New Retail Store in Edgewood

Goodwill Industries of the Chesapeake, will be opening a new retail store and donation center on Thursday, August 11, 2016 at 9 a.m. The new store is located at 1841 Pulaski Highway, Edgewood, MD 21040. It is Goodwill's 29th retail location.

The new store will be open Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. until 8 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m. Donations are accepted Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. until 7 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m.

To celebrate the opening, the new Goodwill store will have a ribbon cutting ceremony, a raffle and will feature the everyday great prices and selection customers know. During the Grand Opening Weekend (August 11ththrough Sunday, August 14th), customers can also enter to win a smart TV or Kindle Fire.

This is Goodwill's 4th retail store in Harford County and the location will create 16 jobs in the community. In addition to shopping for quality items at low prices, area residents will also be able to donate unwanted clothing and household items at the location. Goodwill Industries of the Chesapeake now operates 27 retail stores, 2 outlets and 34 Attended Donation Centers.
