Continental Realty Corporation (CRC) has launched a $3 million interior and exterior renovation program at Stevenson Lane Apartments, an apartment community located at 308 Stevenson Lane near the campus of Towson University in Towson, Maryland. The improvement strategy, which is expected to be completed in the next three years, will enhance the physical characteristics of the entire inventory of 116 apartment units.

The program is highlighted by the installation of new washer and dryer units in each apartment home; the upgrading of the kitchen and bathroom areas including the replacement of fixtures; the improvement of exterior awnings, landscaping and the addition of approximately thirty new parking spaces. Stevenson Lane Apartments is comprised of units offering one and two bedroom floorplan designs.
