• Pizzeria Da Marco leased 4,500 square feet at Shops at Seneca, Germantown, Md. from Minkoff Development Corporation. Geoffrey Mackler, Bradley Buslik, and Sebastian Restifo with H&R represented the landlord.

• Animaland leased 3,362 square feet at Longmeadow Shopping Center, Hagerstown, Md. from FB Hagerstown, LLC. Larry Hoffman, Scott Yurow, and Brian Mitchell with H&R represented the landlord.

• ATI Physical Therapy leased 2,200 square feet at Kettering Plaza, Beltsville, Md. from Carrollton Enterprises. Geoffrey Mackler and Bradley Buslik with H&R represented the tenant.

• Wireless Center leased 1,580 square feet at The Shoppes at Parsons Place, Forest, Va. from RE Holdings, LLC & Radford Associates, LLC. Brian Mitchell with H&R represented the tenant.

• Farmers Insurance leased 810 square feet at Kettering Crossing, Upper Marlboro, Md. from 51 Kettering LLC. Brian Mitchell with H&R represented the landlord.
