The tenant is Event Cardio Group INC (ECGI), a medical device company, in conjunction with National Cardiac Monitoring Center (NCMC), a cardiac diagnostic center, whom ECGI recently acquired. NCMC has been providing cardiac diagnostic services for over 30 years, and will be relocating from its Glenelg, Maryland base to the Barkwood facility to merge with ECGI.
