Schwaber Holdings announced today that two new tenants have signed leases at Yorkridge Shopping Center. Baltimore-based Bagby Pizza Company and Pet Valu will join the list of dining and shopping options at the Baltimore County retail destination.
Bagby Pizza Company will open a casual dining restaurant concept similar to their flagship location in Harbor East. The Yorkridge restaurant will serve thin-crust pizzas, pastas, artisan sandwiches and salads with simple, lively flavors using only the freshest ingredients. Bagby Pizza at Yorkridge will be a 2,370 square foot restaurant.
Pet Valu, a growing and popular national pet destination, will feature a wide selection of pet food, treats, toys and accessories, including a dog washing area, as well as holistic and premium pet brands. The Yorkridge store will be 4,320 square feet.
“We are excited to add first-class retailers like Bagby Pizza Company and Pet Value to the growing mix of tenants at Yorkridge Shopping Center,” said Mark Renbaum, CEO of Schwaber Holdings. “Both Bagby Pizza Company and Pet Valu will bring a new wave of visitors to Yorkridge Shopping Center, translating into additional traffic in the center and increased exposure for all tenants. Yorkridge Shopping Center continues to grow as a true community asset.”
