Transwestern today announces it has been retained by LNR Properties to lease two office buildings at Airport Square Business Park in Linthicum, Maryland. Airport Square X, located at 881 Elkridge Landing Road, totals 71,850 square feet, and Airport Square XX at 1199 Winterson Road comprises 95,243 square feet. The high-security properties are fully available for lease beginning October 1, 2016. Transwestern Senior Vice Presidents Tom Gentner and Brian Watts and Vice President Brian Siegel are the lead leasing agents.
“These fully secured, mission-critical properties meet the antiterrorism/force protection real estate requirements of the U.S. Department of Defense and are equipped with a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility,” said Gentner.
Both properties feature 25,000-square-foot typical floorplates. Airport Square Business Park, located five miles from downtown Baltimore and 30 miles from downtown Washington, D.C., is easily accessed by the Baltimore Washington Parkway. The park is home to a number of firms in the technology, telecommunications and security-related industries, as well as a variety of restaurants.
