J Street Companies represented the owners of Public Shoe Store in a 2,089 square foot lease with 7-Eleven in the Clarendon submarket of Arlington, VA. J Street’s George Voris and Andy Wolf worked with the family owners to develop a strategy and leasing approach to negotiate a new lease as the 78-year old Public Shoe Store business closed following the owner’s retirement.
