NAIOP DC|MD has launched the Call for Entries for its 2016 Awards of Excellence, the fourteenth year of the program. This year's program includes a new project category: hospitality.  Projects completed between July 1, 2014 and June 30th of this year constructed in the District or Montgomery, Frederick or Prince George's counties in Maryland are eligible.

The NAIOP program is unique in that it celebrates team members that go into a project's success; awards are shared between developers, project managers, architects, engineers, brokers and general contractors.  Winning projects will be unveiled on October 13 at the Awards of Excellence Gala at the Trump Hotel - the first black-tie dinner to be hosted at the new facility.

The deadline for program submissions is Friday, September 2.  Teams are welcome to enter more than one eligible project.
