Ross Dress for Less® will open a new store in Silver Spring, Maryland on July 16th. The 26,000 square foot store is located in Ellsworth Place, 34 miles south of Baltimore and five miles north of Washington, D.C. The opening is part of the retailer's 2016 proposed expansion program of about 70 new locations during the year.
