Certified Precision Nutrition Coach Taylor Chamberlain selected to oversee classes

Recognizing there exists a direct correlation with the adoption of basis nutrition principles and healthy eating with the rate of body change, Red Brook Health and Wellness Center has added the Precision Nutrition Coaching program to its expanding suite of services. The center has selected Taylor Chamberlain, a Certified Precision Nutrition Coach, to oversee the roster of classes and courses now available. Red Brook Health and Wellness Center, owned by David S. Brown Enterprises, Ltd., is located on the first level of 400 Red Brook Boulevard.

“A huge mistake people make is not assessing their lifestyle and eating habits during the 23 hours each day outside of the gym,” explained Nick Shultz, Executive Director of Red Brook Health and Wellness Center. “We have experienced professionals that can direct people in a custom-designed manner suited specifically for the individual that dramatically increases their chances of success.

“What is the point of working hard in the gym if the individual does not start applying healthy and nutritional eating habits in conjunction with this program? To achieve change, people need to pay attention to both practices,” he added.

Precision Nutrition is a nutritional coaching program that is proven to achieve results. With a coach by their side every week, participants are held accountable and receive motivation at every bump. The 12-week programs have been dropping inches, cutting pounds, and giving new life to the Red Brook Health members. Follow-up assessments are included to modify or adjust the on-going program to maximize effectiveness. Chamberlain, who personally administers and oversees each nutrition program, also offers a forty-five minute introduction course to educate individuals on the system.

“People make the mistake of trying to make drastic changes to their diet or exercise routine. In many cases their bodies reject these changes because the person is asking too much,” Shultz added. “It is important to make small progressions and have goals that are obtainable. People want instant results, and that does not just happen. The key is to make lifestyle changes that will have benefits for years to come.”

Red Brook Health and Wellness Center, a full-service facility featuring more than 100 different pieces of cardiovascular and strength equipment, focuses on improving the overall strength, wellness and mental attitude of its members. The Health & Wellness Center is located at 400 Red Brook Boulevard in Owings Mills, within the Red Brook Corporate Center. Its motto is “we change lives – not just numbers on a scale.”
